Where possible, we automate the mundane through the help of tools such as Zapier. This frees up our time to focus on more important tasks.
While we do participate in meetings over video calls, we prefer to keep most other communication asynchronous. This saves time and allows for more deep work.
Putting in the hours to achieve a goal is important but we believe that deliverables on time is the best method for getting things done.
