At Vendrive, our culture embodies the “work smarter, not harder” philosophy. We value deliverables over the time spent producing them.

Agile Methodology

We implement agile product management with two week sprints to measure our velocity and keep ourselves on track.


We don’t operate in a “black box”. We believe every team member should have full transparency in how the company is performing and how their tasks improve the overall health of the company.


Where possible, we automate the mundane through the help of tools such as Zapier. This frees up our time to focus on more important tasks.

Async Communication

While we do participate in meetings over video calls, we prefer to keep most other communication asynchronous. This saves time and allows for more deep work.
